Dump File creation of the VimaccCommander

    For certain support cases, a deeper analysis of the current data points in Vimacc is required.
    To enable this, a dump file can be created using the AccVimaccCommander.

    Procedure

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open a command prompt.

    2. Navigate to the Vimacc bin directory
      (default path: C:\vimacc\bin).

    3. Execute the following command:

      .\AccVimaccCommander.exe dumpfile

    Dump Creation Process

    • After executing the command, the AccVimaccCommander will automatically generate a dump file.

    • Shortly afterward, the AccVimaccCommander window will open.

    • As soon as the window appears, the dump file has been successfully created.

    Location of the Dump File

    The generated dump file can be found in the Vimacc log directory
    (default path: C:\vimacc\log).

    The file name is:

    AccVimaccCommander.dump
